Life Goes On

Well, somehow fall skipped Montana, or at least the valley, all together. We had about 4-6 inches of snow in early October. Now it's all gone and it is perfectly gray and drizzly outside but the early snow and freezes also robbed us of the usually gorgeous fall colors. I feel cheated.

Anyway, here is our new deck, under some October snow. Bruce did a gorgeous job on it. There are some lights under the first step that are on a timer and they look lovely at night.


Following are some pictures from my camping trip with the teens from my job. We had some amazingly cold weather and snow and ice blowing at us sideways for three out of the four days. It truly WAS a "Challenge Trip".
