Glacier National Park

Kuvia puistosta - vaelsin ehkä noin 6 kilometriä, eli ei niinkään pitkä matka, mutta korkeutta kertyi ja hävisi reilut 12oo metriä saman pituisella matkalla mennen ja tullen. Tänään en kyllä meinää pystyä kävelemään.

It might have been no more than 4 miles of distance, but we gained about 3200 feet in the first a mile and lost it all just as quickly on this hike. I can barely walk today.

The river-looking thing at the bottom is actually the road. That's where we started.


Up we go....












Yes, that is the Going to the Sun Road below. We were walking the Garden Wall.





Going down was so much faster - although a killer on the thighs and knees!

"Bishops Cap", in the center of the picture, is one of the peaks we climbed.
