Rafting the North Fork

A week ago I was kidnapped to spend a day on the river with some of our best friends. I think they've been sensing that I have been overworked and under-relaxed as of late. It doesn't help that between my insane working-multiple-weekends-in-row and Bruce's band schedule we have had little time together.

As you can see by the paddles that are not in the water, we had an interesting time! It's way more fun not to go straight or always point in the direction you're going though.... :)

Kat, our photographer extraordinaire. She took around 600 pictures during the whole trip, I think.

One of our many breaks...

Chris should definitely think about being a rafting guide! He saved us, and did it all without spilling Jen's beer.

Kelly and Chris, the happy newly weds

I wish summer lasted longer. Or maybe just that I didn't work so much.
